The temper of a kid can cause problems, and have effects on their surroundings while growing up. Victor grew up with three youngest siblings, and a sister. Victor and along with his siblings were all cared for and loved deeply, there was a wealthy family, and the kids were raised with both parents. Victor had a passion for learning, and this passion had taken a toll on his temper. He would get so mad, and all he ever wanted to learn was about Earth and Heaven.
“The world was to me a secret which I desired to divine.” (Shelly pg.38) This quote shows how science was so fascinating to him, and he was so motivated to learn and discover the secrets that Heaven and Earth have. The motive he has for science, and wanting to know about secrets drive him to create this creature. He spent a lot of time and effort into this creation, and after all this time that was put into the creature he just left, and abandoned the creature.
Victor had a temper, and he knew he had one too when it came to learning new things about Heaven and Earth. He would get so frustrated, and upset because he would not always have the answers that he wanted, and it would frustrate him because he was so eager to learn.
Victor realized how bad the creature came out, he had realized that he wanted nothing to do with the creature, and just wanted to forget all about the creature, but how could he after spending months, and years on working on this creation, and his hopes just went all the way down when he came to realization of how he was really looking.
The monster then has this strong anger, and turns this anger into his temper, because Victor just abandoned him. The creature starts to kill Victor’s family, and close friends, and this could have been avoided of course, but it was not and it happened, and people died because of the creature that just wanted to be cared for and loved. (349)
